Files contain admission papers and any subsequent correspondence for patients admitted direct to Millbrook Rise. (Lachlan Park Hospital patients discharged to Millbrook Rise usually retained their Lachlan Park file). The files in this series are for patients who died or were discharged prior to 1 July 1968. All later files were included in series HSD284 when Lachlan Park and Millbrook Rise merged as the Royal Derwent Hospital. These files contain only administrative correspondence. Clinical data is on the Case Book sheets in series AB479.
