Nominal index of private parties to or from whom various instruments have been conveyed. There is a separate sequence of cards for each calendar year. There are multiple entries on each card. The line for each entry records: the name of the private party and the nature of the instrument being conveyed; date received; whether filed (ie: completed); and the file number. In 1980 the initials of the officer performing the conveyance were added. This series, and the related register, were superceded by a computer database in June 1991. The files this series controlled are retained for 7 years after filing of the conveyance and then destroyed (see Disposal Schedule No. 14).~
