How to Use:
Closed for 25 years. Permission to access must be sought from the responsible agency.
The majority of the images have a 'blanket' date range of 1983-1995.
Individual dates for the photographs can be obtained by checking the controlling series AD959. This is currently in the form of an electronic database which only staff members can access. If the photograph is in the 'open' period, it can be viewed and the corresponding descriptive data will be updated to reflect the item date and access status.
Series notes:
The Department produced a series of promotional negatives(AD968), from which photographic prints (AD957) were made. From these prints then, a series of digital images( AD958) were produced. An index to these images (AD959) has been compiled by AOT staff.~
