Microsoft Access database created by AOT staff. This database was constructed using the text files (a product of the Tourism Tasmania software used to catalogue the images in the agency) which accompanied each digital image (see AD958). The database contains both the digital image number and the alphanumeric reference number of the original negative and/or photographic print. The digital image should be used as the first point of reference for access to these images, and where no digital image exists, or increased clarity is desired, reference should then be made to the original photographic print and/or negative.~
