Series notes:
Contains name of master or mate, name of vessel and date. This certificate was issued to verify that the individual had passed an examination regarding his capabilities as a pilot and had been found capable of navigating any vessel within the Port of Hobart. It was upon receipt of this certificate that the person was deemed eligible to receive an exemption from pilotage certificate (see series MB2/99)
