Series notes:
A finding aid created by the Archives Office of Tasmania to enable the contents of series ED30 and ED31 to be used. The lists identify which schools were reported on.
For series ED31 the school reports are listed as they appear in the boxes - alphabetically by school name for the years 1890-1904 (ED31/1/1-6), numerically by school number for 1905-1953 (ED31/1/7-66) and alphabetically by school name for the years 1954-1970 (ED31/1/67-111).
Copies of sections of this finding aid are also found in the individual boxes.
For series ED30 there is one continuous alphabetical list by school name.
