Client files created from the investigation process for Round 1 and 2 of the Children Abused in State Care Review. Round 2 involved a review by Ombudsman, and investigation by the Department of Health and Human Services including correspondence and interviews with claimants. Accepted claims then went to the Independent Assessor to determine appropriate financial payment.
