Series notes:
These registers are useful if researching builders and/or house ownership. They contains building application number, date, location, name of owner, name of builder (in some cases the address of the builder) and financial information such as fees and contract prices. Volume 11 does not contain the application number nor the builder's name. It is more useful for tracking the approval process through Council between 1977 and 1984.

System of Arrangement:
Chronological by application numbers. From 1967, the Council changed to annual numbering, so the year became the pre-fix to the application numbers e.g. Application 1 of 1967 = 670001
