The certification number is notated on the relevant Deed Memorial. For proclamations after 1961 the researcher my have success checking the Deed Memorials series.
Series notes:
Certified copies of proclamations provided to the Recorder of Titles for compulsory land acquisition by the Crown under the Land Titles Act. Acquisition could be for a variety of purposes such as road widening, schools and railway reserves.
