These are eighteen examples of the printed form used by the Presbyterian Moderator in Tasmania, certifying that the party has made oath that both parties are over twenty-one and unmarried, and that he believes there is no impediment to marriage; there is no provision for cases where either party is under twenty one or is a prisoner of the Crown.
