Series notes:
Westwood Estate (15432 acres) near Hagley was offered for sale for subdivision on 19 December, 1912. Prior to the sale, allotments varied in area from 195 to 2050 acres. Series comprises large plan which shows owner, occupier and acreage information. A smaller plan shows approximate acreage. Notes and duplicate information are recorded in the pamphlet.
