Series notes:
Documents relating to the sale of a parcel of land on the northern side of what is now Brisbane Street, just to the west of the Tamar Street intersection. Brisbane Street was not officially named until 1824 or later. According to local historians Slingsby Bethall and Isabella Mead, for years Brisbane Street was known as "Dicky White's Street", although neither specifies the basis for the claim.
