PARKS AND RECREATION COMMITTEE Terms of Reference - The Parks and Recreation Committee shall direct and determine matters relating to the following subjects. 1. The preparation of yearly works programmes for design, construction and maintenance in the areas of Parks, Active and passive recreation areas, Street trees, Beaches and foreshore. 2. The design, construction and maintenance of works against these programmes. 3. The measurement and control of financial performance against these programmes. 4.
