William Borrodaile Wilson, born 25 August 1797, was an early settler who farmed in the New Norfolk district. He arrived in Hobart from Sydney on the Daphne on 1 July 1819. He married Grace Terry in 1821 and they had 11 children. His original estate was called Clarendon but in 1842 he became bankrupt and lost his property. He died on a visit to the goldfields in Victoria in 1854 and Grace died at New Norfolk in 1855.;;
