Fellowes was a photographer based in Hobart at 173 Eliabeth Street from 1923 to about 1926 and worked as DIC photo at 107 Park Street from about 1926 to 1931.;;D.I.C .stood for 'Direct Importing Company', relating to his first business venture a 'fancy goods shop' in Elizabeth Street, Hobart.;;Many of his photographs appeared in the Tasmanian Mail during that time and he also produced postcards, many in numbered series
