The Top of the World Amateur Swimming and Life Saving Club was established in 1947 after an amalgamation of the Top of the World Ladies Amateur Swimming Club (1926) and the Dynnyrne Boys Club (1938). In 1957 the Dynnyrne Pool and property was purchased from Charles H Richardson. This property was sold in 1992
