A club that supported Totally and Permanently Incapacitated (TPI) ex-service people who had become disabled as a result of an injury whilst serving in the Armed Forces.;;The 1960 Constitution shows that the focus was on the provision of 'rest, recreation and amenities' for Northern financial members. The 2001 Constitution was broadened for the organisation to include provision of a meeting place and encouragement of participation in community affairs and general support and promotion of the veteran community. The welfare element to the club was very strong throughout its existence.;;The Club was incorporated in 1998 and it was dissolved in 2004.;;Its earlier title appears to have been the [Launceston[ Totally and Permanently Disabled Soldiers' Association.
