To promote such educational, social, cultural and welfare activities that will benefit the pupils through avenues including (a) cooperation and sympathy between parents, pupils, teachers, the Education Department and other relevant organisations and persons and (b) the provision of funds for approved activities, equipment, facilities, materials, etc.
