George was the son of draper Walter Perrin and Henrietta Wilson. In 1907 he married Florence (Flossie) the daughter of the Rev W Dawson and Mary Ann Monds. He continued his father's business (?) and farmed a property at Low Head. George had many interests including bushwalking and tin mining.
