John Alexander Herbert (26/04/1769 - 19/11/1846) and Hannah Bolton (1769-1801) were both convicts. John arrived in the First Fleet on the Scarborough and Hannah per Lady Juliana. They may have been married on Norfolk Island although their marriage is not recorded. During her time on Norfolk Island Hannah had 6 children. Hannah died on Norfolk Island. John and his family were sent to Van Diemens Land after Norfolk Island was closed. He received a grant in 1813 at Longford. ;;;;
