Description:
Ina Estelle Lucas was born at Ringarooma in 1893. She was an accomplished singer and teacher of music. During the World War 1 she sang at the Albert Hall, and the Hobart City Hall to raise funds for the Red Cross war effort. She also toured Victoria and New South Wales performing with Malcolm McKechearn. After her marriage to Henry Davidson in 1920, she trained local church and school choirs, and sang at Government House, Hobart for a state reception.
