The first two volumes have been microfilmed and the originals have been retained for the time being by Mr T Gould.
Series notes:
The first 5 registers contain a copy of the prescription, name of customer and date supplied. The later registers contain the original prescription. Entries in the first register appear to pre-date the formal establishment of the pharmacy.
