Films in this series relating to the former Lachlan Park Hospital at New Norfolk have the following restrictions applied to them -
Footage that contains obvious views of children, mature aged people showing signs of distress and any other scenes considered likely to cause offence will not be released prior to January 2038.
Footage available for public release will not be made accessible via our website.
All requests for copies of the footage considered suitable for public release must be accompanied by a request for permission that articulates the intended purpose of use.
Series notes:
The films comprise largely of footage of New Norfolk and surrounding areas, the 1967 Bushfires and Hobart Regatta.
Several of Mr Craw's films record aspects of the Lachlan Park Hospital at New Norfolk. In 1965 Mr Craw was allocated a sum of money to make a film about the hospital, its wards and activities by the Hobart Branch of the Hospital Auxiliary.
