Series notes:
Glass plate negatives (10cm x 8cm) of a house and garden in Arthur Street and the environs of Arthur and Mary Streets, West Hobart, and others presumably taken on family outings. They were dug up (fused into a block) when a garden shed was being demolished in 2001 and most negatives are damaged in some way.
The plates were found buried in a solid clump and most are damaged, some significantly.
Contact prints have been made from the plates.
