Series notes:
Series comprises plans for 2 residences.
The first four were for a residence at Lachlan for J. Moore Esq - two of these are of the original house which was destroyed by fire in about 1886. This was a two-storey building. The other two are of the existing house built in 1890. The rear wing was partially destroyed by fire in 1966.
The other residence was built at 183 Bathurst Street in 1905 for T. Paton and named "Wymer".
