Copyright is in place until 31/12/2056 for all photographs created after 1/1/1955. For photographs created before 1/1/1955 copyright has expired. Permission has been given for copies to be made for research purposes, and for the State Archivist to authorise publication. Any reproduction of images must include acknowledgement of 'Jack Thwaites Collection' Tasmanian Archives.
Series notes:
Printed colour and black and white photographs, the majority of which were taken by Jack Thwaites in Tasmania. All photographs were removed from series NS3208, individually numbered, with reference made to the file they came from.
