This collection of photographs was purchased by the Company from Astrolabe Book Shop.
Series notes:
A collection of photographs showing the early development of the site. Beattie Studios, Hobart, produced this series of images.
Images were released monthly from 1919 through 1920 and then sporadically as new developments occurred. This collection goes to photograph 738 on 5/10/1927.
These records are part of the holdings of the Tasmanian Archives
System of Arrangement:
Some 14/6/1917 and 16/7/1917 images are duplicates with the dates questionable. Images began to be numbered in July 1917, with the series starting from 1 again on 16/4/1919.
