Copies may be made for private research/study but any other use requires permission from the Tasmanian Archives, Libraries Tasmania.
Series notes:
Photographs originally in three albums. The albums included an annotation that the photographs had been printed from Rolling's glass plates. A three volume index to the photographs is available as series NS3929. However the index includes references to images not found in the albums. This indicates that many photographs were removed from the albums prior to transfer to the Tasmanian Archives. Quite a number of photographs were printed by Bennetts Studio Printing Service with the albums compiled in the 1970s.

System of Arrangement:
The photographs are now loose, having been removed from the original 1970s sticky back albums for preservation. The title of each photograph includes a note of the album and page that it was originally in the album.
