Series notes:
After amalgamation (Tasmanian Wool Growers Agency with Websters), the minutes of 23 October 1956 explained that that the old method of appointing a Chairman of Directors as provided in the articles of the Tasmanian Wool Growers Agency Co-operative Ltd was now lapsed, but that it would still be necessary to appoint a Chairman to the Northern Board for the term which would expire on 30 June next.
