The first record of vehicles are combined. In more recent ledgers cars/trucks/motorcycles are listed by brand and office location. Information recorded include order numbers, engine and chassis numbers, model, colour, boat name and landed date, magneto, lamp, type of tyre, docket, rebates, freights, commissions, price, sales tax and other notes.

They went to a new card system in 1966.
