It is possible that Walker's architectural records were culled when relocating from 115 Macquarie Street to 5 Elizabeth Street in 1947, then to his residence,13 Parliament Street, in 1955. Cabinets of plans were accidentally destroyed by fire at the Walker Sandy Bay residence n the 1960s.
Plans for Walker's works may also be found is the series of local government building applications, such as AE417 (Hobart), AE819 (Glenorchy) and Clarenace (AD791).
