Series notes:
Vendor information about properties and land either sold or leased. The contents of the packets vary - some may include a lot of information and others contain only a sheet of rough notes. The packets may include: authority to sell forms, memoranda of agreements between vendor and purchaser, property descriptions, inventories of contents, hand drawn plans or diagrams of lots and annotated copies of land surveys.
Glancing down the list of properties can indicate when particular sub-divisions occurred which may be useful for research purposes.

Packets - numerical and folded into business envelopes.
