Account books documenting costs of deceased person's funeral. Earlier volumes include the Date, Name (of deceased person), Age and Amount Owing on the Funeral. Later volumes include contain this information, as well as an Address and an itemised list of charges incurred before and during the funeral (ie Removal of remains from place of death, Casket, Hearse Hire, Pall Bearers, Freight charges, if remains conveyed interstate, Newspaper death notices, Cemetery Charges, Opening and closing grave, Crematorium fees, Undertakers Attendance and Clergyman's fees).
