Series notes:
These cards are two-sided. The front lists property address, vendor name, details of the property and furnishings (which can be few or can be detailed).
The back comprises a pro-forma authority to list the property and signature of vendor.
Each card is numbered but the numbers do not necessarily accord with those in the register and the property files. This is probably due to a mis-match in the date ranges of the surviving records.
Retained to show the workings of the business and for the information contained about the properties. Although there is no method of finding details for a particular address, other than viewing all the cards, researchers could browse the cards to gain an appreciation of the real estate market in the 1960s.
