On 28 August 1962, Benjamin (Ben) Wolnizer, a chartered accountant and brother of Charles, was appointed receiver and manager of Island State Films.

This correspondence was kept separately and deals with assets - inventories, hiring agreements, tendering and disposal.

Amongst the correspondence can be found other pieces of information that relate to the films created by Island State Films - for example in a letter dated 12 December 1962, there is a letter from Visatone which alludes to the Children's Film Foundation making an offer for "They Found a Cave".
