Series notes:
An album belonging to Lorna Doris (Muriel) Brock (1891-1980). The album covers the period 1911 to 1912 with inserts from 1913. The majority of the album is handwritten quotes, with only a few of the pages used. Pasted into the album are photographs of Harry and Willy Pantzer (Williamsons Pantomine), and the horse 'Gay Lord'. An inscription inside the album states 'Doris Brock, Lawrenny, Hamilton, Tasmania'. Lawrenny was the Brock family home where Doris would have spent her early years. Doris's parents had both died by 1899. Included in the album are receipts that give the 1913 address of Miss Brooks as 'Powyslea, Hatfield Rd, St Albans'. This address is in the county of Hertford in the United Kingdom.
