Series notes:
Rachel Andrew is a continence and women's health physiotherapist. She operates 'pelvic physio' in Hobart. Rachel submitted to the COVID-19 Stories project articles which she contributed to and a patient resource she created in 2020. In her submission Rachel explains, "Tasmanian borders were still open but I had decided I needed to shut face to face practice. I wanted to reduced the risk for patients and my partner and staff and ensure the doctors I work with could continue to see their clients. I decided to shut and transition to telehealth. I did this successfully moving quickly to fifty percent of my normal caseload and I helped train up some other physios in Tasmania, Victoria and Queensland".
