Series notes:
A set of photographs of, and collected by, the Blazely, Bean, Burk, and Chamley families. Prominent subjects are Vern, Rita, and Pat Blazely- the children of Aphra Hilda Burk (1885-1953) and Arthur Charles Blazely (1883-1953). Vernon Harry Blazely was born in Devonport circa 1920, Greta Patricia Frances (Nurse Pat) was born in 1915 and died in 1940 aged 25. Rita Peace was born at Carrick in 1918. Vernon was the only one of the three that married. He and Coral Joyce Bunton (1919-2008) had two children, Leighton and Carol.
