Some of the drawings in this series were microfilmed by National Archives. There are five reels of film in MicroSpace:

The drawings were produced locally and used by workshops to manufacture components for the maintenance of locomotives and rolling stock.

Alphanumeric.;;The system consists of four parts. The first part is the letter denoting the size of the drawing. The symbols used are: ;;C = 100-200x70cm ;;D = 70x50cm ;;E = 60x38.5cm ;;F = 35x25cm;;The second part is numerical and denotes a subdivision of the subject matter.
