Provision of education and school facilities.;;;;The Kentish Council agreed to recommend to the Education Department to allow Mr. Smith the use of a building at Belmont for a school at a cost 5 pounds per year. [1908] The Warden of the Lower Wilmot ward said he understood there would be some 14 children, available for schooling.;;;;
