Description:
Provision of education and school facilities. In May 1893 a tenderer was selected to construct the school, and it opened as an assisted school in 1895. A new building for the school was built in 1900. Originally known as Beltana, the school was renamed in 1904 when the township of Beltana was renamed Lindisfarne. The school was later renamed Lindisfarne North when Lindisfarne State School was opened in 1955. In 2014 the school was relocated to the former Geilston Bay High School site.
