Scottsdale Primary School is the largest primary school on the North East Coast, catering for children from Kindergarten to Grade 6. The infant school and primary school were originally located on separate campuses. The Scottsdale Infant School Association and the Parents and Friends Association began a campaign to lobby the government in the 1980's , and this resulted in the relocation of the early childhood campus to the primary campus site. Scottsdale Primary school celebrated its' Silver Jubilee in 1995.
