Arts Tasmania implements Government arts policies and programs, administers funding to the arts and museums sector (other than the Tasmanian Museum and Art Gallery), operates the Art for Public Buildings Scheme, provides the Secretariat to the Tasmanian Arts Advisory Board, liaises with Commonwealth and State agencies on arts matters and provides advice to the arts sector on Government assistance.~;;
