Forensic Health Services comprises Community Forensic Mental Health Services, Forensic Mental Health Inpatient Unit - the Wilfred Lopes Centre and Correctional Primary Health Services, which includes delivery of health services to Ashley Youth Detention Centre.;;;;The State Forensic Pathologist is empowered under the Coroners Act 1995 to oversee and coordinate forensic pathology services in the state.;;;;In 2008-09 the Service was renamed Statewide Forensic Medical Services and in 2011-12 to Forensic Health Services.
