Description:
The Tasmanian Archive and Heritage Office (TAHO) was created by merging the staff and holdings of the Archives Office of Tasmania and the Heritage Collections of the former State Library of Tasmania, which included the Allport Library and Museum of Fine Arts and the Crowther Collection. The creation of TAHO was part of the creation of the Community Knowledge Network (CKN) which became LINC Tasmania. In November 2018 The Tasmanian Archives was created by bringing together the staff and collections of the Tasmanian Archive and Heritage Office (TAHO) and Community Archives.
