Description:
Inspection and annual registration of guest houses. The Board had 3 members, usually drawn from the Licensing Court, and met bimonthly. It had no powers of compulsion but only registered guest houses could be dealt with by the Tourist Bureau. When the Board was abolished the Tourism Development Authority set up an Accommodation Houses Registration Committee to continue its functions.
