The Macquarie Point Development Corporation was established via the Macquarie Point Development Corporation Act 2012 (received Royal Assent November 2012) to oversee the management and redevelopment of the Macquarie Point site.;;;;Prior to the establishment of the Act and appointment of the Macquarie Point Development Corporation Board, management and administration was the responsibility of the Macquarie Point Development Project, with oversight provided by the Macquarie Point Steering Committee.;;
