In each corner a sailing ship in full sail ; two sailing ships centre left and right edges ; signal station showing various signals for arriving ships, lower left ; surrounded by flags and standards.

199807 In wooden frame. Staining present, especially lower and right edges ; circular bleached spots centre left edge ; severe wrinkling throughout.
